Color Legend Permissions

Campaign Calendar super users designated to manage the Company Color Settings will also need access to a special permission set. Company Color Settings are global, therefore any updates made to the color legend will be visible by all Campaign Calendar users, thus we recommend this is limited to a few select marketing power users. Separately, each user will have the choice to manage their own personal color settings.

  1. From Setup, locate Manage Users | Users.
  2. Select user.
  3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
  4. Select Campaign Calendar - Color Management from the Available Permission Sets box and click Add.
  5. Click Save.

Color Legend

Users with the Color Management permission set can modify the Campaign Color legend.

  1. From the Campaign Calendar tab, click on the Color Dropper icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the Field by which you would like Campaign Calendar to be color-coded. It is possible to color-code on any standard or custom Campaign picklist or checkbox field.
  3. In the Field-based Color Options section, modify the colors using hex values or by using the color picker.
  4. Click Save.

    • Add: Drag fields from the object palette and drop them into the In the Field Set container.
